Hardware Warranty

1. Limited Warranty

A8E Holdings Ltd. ("Paean") warrants that the enclosed hardware device (the "Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").

2. Subscription-Based Extension

For users with an active "Executive" or "Pro" subscription:

  • Continuous Coverage: As long as your subscription is active, your hardware warranty is extended indefinitely.
  • Priority Exchange: Executive tier members are entitled to advance exchange (we ship the replacement before receiving the defective unit).

3. What is Not Covered

This Warranty does not apply to any non-Paean branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with Paean hardware. This warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable parts, such as batteries (unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship).
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports.
  • Damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Paean Product's specifications.
