PUBLIC SERVICE TERMS

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to paean.ai and Paean's public digital services, including Paean Agent, Paean Remix on 8x, and Paean Works.

1. Using Paean

By accessing a Paean service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown when you create an account, publish a web application, or use a paid feature. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your ideas, content, and playable applications

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, files, code, media, and other content you submit. You give Paean the limited permissions needed to process, host, display, distribute, and remix that content according to the visibility and publishing choices you make.

When you publish or enable remixing, your application and its public lineage may be visible to others. You are responsible for having the rights needed to publish the content you provide.

4. Responsible use

Do not use Paean to break the law, harm others, evade safeguards, interfere with the service, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

  • Do not upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of a creation.
  • Review AI-assisted outputs before relying on, publishing, or distributing them.

5. AI-assisted output

AI-assisted results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to results produced for other users. You are responsible for evaluating a result's suitability, legality, and safety before use. Paean does not guarantee that every generated application will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Third-party services and payments

Some features may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms may also apply. Prices, billing periods, and cancellation conditions for paid features will be disclosed at the point of purchase.

7. Platform rights and availability

Paean and its licensors retain rights in the platform, brand, software, and site content, excluding your content. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service quality, or product evolution.
