We may receive account and contact information, prompts, project files, code, media, feedback, support messages, and other content you choose to submit. Payment details are handled by payment providers and are not stored in full by Paean.

We may collect service activity, application events, device and browser information, approximate region derived from network data, diagnostics, and security signals needed to operate and protect the service.

We use information to provide and improve the service, generate requested results, maintain accounts, support publishing and remix lineage, prevent abuse, measure reliability, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

To deliver requested AI features, relevant content may be processed by Paean systems and contracted model, hosting, analytics, safety, support, or payment providers. We limit access to what is reasonably necessary for the service they provide and use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use private project content for unrelated advertising.

Content you publish publicly on 8x or another Paean surface can be viewed, played, indexed, shared, and—when you enable it—remixed by others. Public metadata can include the application title, creator name or handle, media, usage signals, and remix lineage.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep the platform secure, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention can vary by data type and account state. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing, or delete personal information. You can use available account controls, the account-deletion page, or contact hi@paean.ai.

Paean can be used across regions, so information may be processed in countries other than your own with safeguards required by applicable law. The services are not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their location.
